3. Estimated Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase.

4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email or on whatsapp once your order has shipped. You can track your order directly on the courier company's website.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

2. Eligible Items

Only unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached are eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at theiitianclothingstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will then provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you are requesting an exchange for a different size or design, we will process the exchange as soon as the returned item is received. You will only be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item if the new item is of a higher value than the original item.
